2. Health & Safety

• You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to your appointment.

3. Liability Waiver

• Aftercare instructions will be provided and it is your responsibility to follow them. Poor healing due to client negligence is not the responsibility of the artist.

4. Intellectual Property

• Clients may not replicate or use custom designs elsewhere without explicit written permission.

• We reserve the right to photograph completed tattoos and use them for promotional or portfolio purposes.

5. Refusal of Service
